Pricing

Basic pricing is $19.95 per month for each user. Inquiries for corporate pricing structures (clinics, hospitals, consulting practices, etc) are welcome. Please send all inquiries to webmaster@htwtchart.com

Delivery

Confirmation of all financial transactions will be sent via email.

Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Please send an email to webmaster@htwtchart.com. Refunds may be requested for only the most recent billing period. Retention of client records is the user's responsibility, so please print out those records you want to keep. Client records will be deleted along with cancellation of the service.

Security

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Users are reminded to safeguard their own passwords to prevent unauthorized access to patient/client records.
